Terms and conditions of Arid’s lifetime warranty:

Protection against any damage caused by manufacturing structural defects.

Access to factory pricing for any damage caused by the original rider for as long as you own the frame.

Warranty is only the right of the original owner and is not transferable.

Negligence will not be tolerated. 

—Manufacturing structural defects include: 

Material failure and workmanship errors that cause the product to not function correctly or function at all.

—To take advantage of the warranty, you must have dated proof of the original retail purchase from a licensed Arid retailer or directly from Arid. 

—This Warranty is void under the following circumstances and does not apply to damage caused by:

Improper assembly or installation.

Crash, neglect, improper repair, improper maintenance, or other abnormal, excessive, or improper use.

Corrosion.

Improper alteration or installation of components, parts, or accessories not originally intended for or compatible with the Product.

Failure to perform maintenance or service at appropriate intervals in accordance with the written instructions provided with the Product.

Improper use of the product.
